Ancient Olympia

One of the highlights of our summer camp is the excursion to Ancient Olympia, the birthplace of the Olympic Games.

Here, campers will have the chance to explore the ancient ruins where athletes once competed in honor of the Greek gods.

We'll visit the impressive Temple of Zeus, one of the original Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and walk through the ancient stadium, imagining the energy and excitement of the games held thousands of years ago. This visit provides a hands-on experience with history, allowing campers to connect with the past and gain a deeper appreciation for the origins of global sporting traditions.

After exploring Ancient Olympia, students will have time to relax at the nearby beaches of the Peloponnese. They can swim in the clear waters, unwind by the shore, and enjoy the beautiful coastal views, providing a perfect balance of fun and relaxation after a day of learning.
